Below you will find answers to the most common questions about the status of your order.
I haven’t received any order confirmation / shipping notification?
If you have not received any e-mails form us, you have most likely mistyped your e-mail address when placing the order or the e-mail we have sent has been caught in the spam-folder by your e-mail provider. If you still can’t find your order confirmation/shipping notification, please be in touch so we can make sure that we have actually received your order.
Have my order been shipped yet?
We usually ship all orders the same day or the following business day. You will automatically receive a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.
How to track my package?
You will receive a separate e-mail with tracking info when you order has been dispatched. If you have selected standard shipping your tracking number is also referred to as ‘Barcode’ and begins with ‘RX’ (example: RX123456789DE).
When the package has arrived in the destination country you can usually also track the package via your local postal services website (eg. usps.com, postnord.se, posten.no etc), with more detailed information about delivery attempts, re-deliveries or where to pick up the package etc.
Not all countries offer full online tracking on international mail items, but you can always call your local postal service and provide them with the tracking number, then they can help locate the package and provide you with an estimated date of delivery. If you need any help tracking you package, please do not hesitate to contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery times are 2-6 working days within EU and 5-12 working days for the rest of the world. If your order is delayed please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
My order is delayed, what to do?
Please get in touch with us if your order has not been delivered within our standard delivery times.
