Below you will find answers to the most common questions about the status of your order.
I haven’t received any order confirmation / shipping notification?
If you have not received any e-mails form us, you have most likely mistyped your e-mail address when placing the order or the e-mail we have sent has been caught in the spam-folder by your e-mail provider. If you still can’t find your order confirmation/shipping notification, please be in touch so we can make sure that we have actually received your order.
Have my order been shipped yet?
We usually ship all orders the same day or the following business day. You will automatically receive a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.
How to track my package?
You will receive a separate e-mail with tracking info when you order has been dispatched. If you need any help tracking you package, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is my tacking number?
In the e-mail from DHL you will find your tracking number, sometimes called the Waybill or AWB number.
My order is delayed, what to do?
If your order is delayed please get in touch with your local DHL office who can help you with more information. Just provide them with your tracking number (Waybill). If DHL are not able to help you you are of course also welcome to contact us and we will assist you the best way possible.
