This blind embossed artwork leaves only shape and shadow visible in an effort to draw the viewer closer and create a quiet and intimate conversation. The blind emboss technique is made to create this relief, printed on thick natural white textured paper from Hahnemühle.
The artwork reveals itself in a tone-on-tone raised relief, illuminated by the interplay of light and shadow. The clean, minimal impression appeals to both the visual and tactile senses.

About Kristina Krogh 
Kristina Krogh is a Danish graphic designer and artist based in Copenhagen, educated from the Graphic Arts Institute of Denmark in 2011. Her inspiration comes from the things and objects that surrounds her. She is fascinated by the surfaces in the different materials and she loves the mix of both exclusive and cheap textural material such as marble, ply, wood, cork and paper
