All payments between our payment system and the cardholder are made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer).
Note! If for some reason your payment is not accepted we suggest you contact your bank. The issue can often be resolved quickly. As an alternative, you can try using another payment method. If several methods of payment are rejected, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you process the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30 days refund (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind. Christmas gift can be returned/exchanged until January 31.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund, excluding shipping costs and return costs if we have arranged the return shipment.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
All orders are shipped from Copenhagen (Denmark). With our standard shipping we use DHL as shipping partner and the final delivery will be made by your local postal service. If you select Express Shipping, DHL will make the final delivery worldwide.
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

– Rest of the world: 5-12 business days.

* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need more exact delivery time for your country/city.
If you are not home upon delivery
If you have selected standard shipping and if you are not home upon delivery, your package will instead be delivered to a post office near you, so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local postal service will advice you about this. With Express shipping DHL will call you to arrange further about a second delivery attempt or pick-up.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged to cash. Gift cards are valid for 2 years.
OUT OF STOCK
All product shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, if for some reason an item should be out of stock anyway, you will be advised by e-mail. If the item will be in stock again, you can choose to wait or cancel the order.
Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the color on the poster shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual poster.
At THE POSTER CLUB your personal contact information will be treated with confidentiality, and will not be shared with any third parties. For ordering handling purposes however, we sometimes need to share your shipping details directly with the artist or our printing partner.
