Edith Beurskerns
Based in Amsterdam and working from her atelier in Weesp, Dutch artist Edith Beurskens develops sculptural works that merge digital design, craftsmanship and sustainable materials. With a background in fashion, graphic design and interiors, her practice brings together multiple disciplines into a unified visual language shaped by architecture, structure and form. “My work represents a unique intersection where digital technology, traditional craftsmanship and sustainability meet,” she explains.

About Edith Beurskerns
Material,
Process and Composition
Her process
begins intuitively through digital sketches, which are translated into
three-dimensional forms and refined by hand using plant-based PLA, ceramics and
upcycled materials. Abstract interlocking shapes and clean architectural lines
recur throughout her work, reflecting a continuous search for balance and
composition. Inspired by nature, interior design and minimalist aesthetics, she
works with earthy tones and subtle colour contrasts to create depth, light and
atmosphere in each piece.
